Q: What courier Company do you use?
A: Matchstick Jewellery has a worldwide account with DHL
Q: Are the goods insured whilst in transit?
A: Yes, due to the high net worth of each individual piece the goods are insured until they are delivered to your door, the same insurance applies for returning goods, but must be through Matchstick Jewellery account via DHL
Q: Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
A: Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Matchstick Jewellery to you.
Q: Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
A: Yes we do ship to PO Box addresses via DHL we will require name of receiver and a contact number.
Q: Do I have to sign for delivery?
A: As matchstickjewellery.com purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Of course! Simply log on to DHL.com enter your tracking number which was sent to your via email.
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
